Who will we meet in New Heavens and New Earth?

What about king Saul who persecuted God's anointed David? What about king Manasseh, who burned his son as an offering?

What about that famous New Testament character who persecuted Christians, imprisoned them and casted his vote to execute them?

Whom will we meet?

Also, what is the Bible? A book or a library? When was it written? Who wrote it?
